A beginning to control attachments without compromising inner peace

What is the essence of life is a question that has fascinated philosophers since ancient times. What is the secret behind the human mechanism? Is there something in life that we must realize? These are also questions that do not have a definitive  answer.

People seek happiness throughout their lives. They choose different ways to find it. They pursue various things to achieve it and lead a very competitive life. In doing this, humans have to deal with the outside world. They receive the sensations in the world, process the information, and respond to them. The responses created from within to this external world maintain the interconnection between the outside and the inside.

The world that humans interact with in life can be divided into 3 layers and discussed. These 3 layers are the world with which humans communicate most closely, the world with which humans interact at a distance, and the world with which humans do not interact. My personal opinion is that a person is limited by the number of bonds they maintain during their lifetime. That is, when one bond is broken, a new bond is created, keeping the total number of bonds constant. However, these bonds give us the vivid feeling of being alive.

When the transactions with the outside world take on an emotional nature, it disturbs the inner self. But if a person can maintain it without feeling and in a reasonable manner, the nature of chaos will be minimized. A Greek philosopher once said, " The greatest wisdom in the universe is compassion." You should not forget to be compassionate towards the world while you are on the journey of finding what you are looking for in life. Jesus taught this by saying, "Love your neighbor" and Buddha taught, "Think of others as yourself." The most beautiful thing in this world is compassion. My personal opinion is that the greatness of a person can be determined by the level of his or her compassion. Therefore, be compassionate to the world every moment you spend.

The pain that arises in people invites wisdom. Wisdom arises as a result of pain. Wisdom always keeps you in the middle. Think of yourself and avoid hurting others as much as possible. Make the space you create in the world an independent space that depends only on you. A man cannot live alone.

So it is natural to have attachments. But learn how to use those attachments. Don't make using those attachments the goal of life. It is not easy. But it is not difficult for the wise. You should be dependent only on yourself. You should look beyond yourself to any attachment, whether physical or non-physical, while protecting the empty space within you. Do not allow those attachments to enter it.
